Statement After Accidents

In the event of members being involved in an accident they are advised not to make any statement or answer any questions until they feel competent to do so.

Circumstances will naturally vary, but, in general, no statement should be made or questions answered until a period of at leat twelve hours has elapsed or a night's rest intervened since the accident occured.

Members are advised always to seek medical, Association, or legal advise of their own choice before submitting themselves to any form of interrogation.
